Overview:

Nov. 21 / 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
1 Hours of CPE / Sponsored by National Tax Group

In just one hour, Joe Pagano, Senior Vice President, National Tax Group (NTG) will reveal the identity of a dynamic duo of tax benefit tools– the Internal Revenue Code’s Section 179D and cost segregation studies (CSS)

When used alone, Section179D (Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings Deduction) and CSS (that allows for super-accelerated asset depreciation) are powerful; when working alongside one another – POW – these tax benefit defenders deserve front–page news!

Pagano will unmask the true identities of §179D and CSS; share their synergistic powers; identify developers, owners, and investors that will benefit from their significant tax advantages; cover accounting and forms required for both and introduce the role and process your firm plays when providing these services to clients.

Register today and learn how 179D and CSS can help increase real estate owners' deduction opportunities on their assets.
