While nothing suggests that such harassment is more prevalent than it was before the movement, people now feel more empowered to speak out, and the standard of appropriate workplace conduct is changing. With harassment claims to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission increasing over 50% in 2018, it is more important than ever to understand how to prevent and avoid harassment in the workplace.
